Over the last 23 years, Chef Kate Nealis has honed her culinary skills in respected establishments along the East Coast. She adheres to a local, sustainable model of responsible cooking, and sources the finest and freshest ingredients. Chef Nealis believes that good food not only lifts spirits, but also warms hearts.
Since starting our Noble adventure in April 2013, we have had the pleasure of building a rapport with our local farmers and vendors. These local connections allow us to provide our customers with the freshest of delicious ingredients. We have been featured in a number of magazines, including: Edible Rhody, RI Monthly Magazine, and The Manual; and in 2016 we were voted Motif Magazine’s “Best Gourmet Food Truck”. We were included in the book, “100 Things to Do in Providence Before You Die”, and a quick Google search will lead you to multiple blog posts highlighting our unique creativity.
